- ü Responsible to review Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) including several mechanical packages from Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Construction, Pre-Commissioning and will be supporting Contractor Commissioning team as well.
- ü Understand Flawless risk (potential and counter measures) In Control System and shall able to monitor implemented of Flawless and Risk Management in its discipline (KSA Control/Plant Automation)
- ü Experience in attending integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) Factory Acceptance Test
- ü Do Engineering document review such as Control Narrative, Cause and Effect, Vendor document, Loop drawing etc
- ü Capable to review work-packages procedure for tie-in & system upgrade.
- ü Capable to guide Contractor on how Populate Instrument Tags, loops folder, cause and effect to Pre-Commissioning database.
- ü Experience in reviewingDCS/linstrument pre-commlssioning check sheets.
- ü Has experience in reviewing System/sub system list up, boundary limit and document deliverables for Automation system
- ü Capable to assist Contractor construction activity for ICSS & other mechanical packages.
- ü Has experience in managing coordination with other discipline for pre-commissioning & commissioning plan, handover target & execution.
- ü Has capability to give positive input to Operation team for tie-in & shutdown activity preparation (if any)
- ü Manage ICSS upgrade activity & ICSS tie-in activity.
- ü Has capability to review test procedures eg.SAT, loop test & function test of Integrated Control & Safety System (ICSS) and other mechanical packages.
- ü Experience in reviewing and Inspecting all vendor packages and raise punch list and NCR's if required.
- ü Capable to advise Contractor in their dally commissioning activity
- ü Understand CMS - integrated data base for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning test sheet and dossier for Commissioning Acceptance/Certificate.

ü Capable to ensure that the activities of the EPC Contractor inspectors are conducted to the appropriate quality and safety standards. To ensure that EPC Contractor Inspection and Test activities is comply with the approved ITP and applicable Manual and Procedures.
ü Has capability to review and approve Electrical CSU Deliverables, temporary equipment and proposed testing tools
ü Experience in reviewing, inspecting all vendor packages and raise punch list and NCR's if required.
ü Has capability to review and ensure that all test sheets and certification are complete and filed under the correct system Including NCR’s and punches lists as relevant.
ü Guide and ensuring that all the work is performed by Contractor in accordance with Company safety and environmental specifications.
ü Has capability to advise all preparations ofElectrical equipment's installation and hookup processes, inspections, and testing during the site fabrication and commissioning activities.

Pipeline Deliverable List issuance by Contractor shall be accordance to
commissioning and start up project standard.
ü Has capability to review
field mechanical-piping activities and observed the record existing field
conditions, take and verify measurement within project area.
ü Experience in reviewing
mark-up system & sub-system limit and test package, mechanical completion
activities le. Pipe Flushing, Hydrotesting and Drying including vessel and
piping reinstatement. Guide Contractor in preparing pipe network and associated
pipeline ready for test.
ü Experience In
reviewmgmechanical-piping commissioning procedures, mark-up system and
sub-system limit, gross leak test, N2-He Leak Test up to Final and String Test
(Commissioning)
ü Understand CMS •
integrated data base for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and
commissioning test sheet and dossier for Commissioning Acceptance/Certificate.
ü Experience in reviewing
and confirm Punch List clearances which related to priorities of
pre-commissioning& commissioning.

5. CSU Process Utility (Non-License)
Engineer

experience dealing with various type of process equipment, applicable test and

ü Understand Flawless risk
(potential and counter measures) in plant process utility, shall able to
monitor implemented of Flawless and Risk Management In Its utility coverage
system (KSA process utility)

preparation, execution, commission and plant start-up upto first 1 cycle
operation.

guide Contractor start-up team during tuning and trimmingthe plant
ü Has experience to review
and guide dynamic commissioning activities and give advice to Operation team

- Understand about preparation, execution, commission and plant start-up upto first 1 cycle operation.
